This major collaborative effort focused specifically on addressing future career anxiety among students with high determination (people with disabilities).<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11568 size-full\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D&#39;http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg&#39;%20width=&#39;945&#39;%20height=&#39;533&#39;%20viewBox%3D&#39;0%200%20945%20533&#39;%2F%3E\" data-czlz data-src=\"https:\/\/www.univ-eloued.dz\/sdg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/01-15.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"945\" height=\"533\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The seminar was organized in partnership with two key civil society\/NGO entities: the Nadi Basmat Amal (Hope\u2019s Imprint Club), a student club dedicated to inclusion, and the INSIDE Center from Blida 2 University (an external specialized support center). The proceedings were inaugurated by the Dean of the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences and featured high-level attendance from the University&#8217;s leadership, representatives from the Public Service (General Public Service and Vocational Training), and the Judicial Expert in Sign Language from the General Directorate of National Security, who provided simultaneous Sign Language translation for all interventions, ensuring the event was fully accessible.<\/span><\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-11569 size-full\" src=\"data:image\/svg+xml,%3Csvg%20xmlns%3D&#39;http%3A%2F%2Fwww.w3.org%2F2000%2Fsvg&#39;%20width=&#39;962&#39;%20height=&#39;537&#39;%20viewBox%3D&#39;0%200%20962%20537&#39;%2F%3E\" data-czlz data-src=\"https:\/\/www.univ-eloued.dz\/sdg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/02-10.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"962\" height=\"537\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The two-day program was highly interactive and practical: it included an exhibition of psychological assessment tools tailored for students with disabilities, an art display reflecting psychological disorders, and a practical training workshop on learning Braille language, led by members of the Basmat Amal Club for the benefit of psychology students. The seminar concluded with a sports activity (Goalball) and, importantly, the signing of a cooperation agreement between the University&#8217;s Psychological Assistance Center and the INSIDE Center, cementing the partnership for future scientific and academic exchange. The seminar successfully addressed four key axes: training prospects, job market possibilities, formulation of integration mechanisms, and showcasing successful employment models for people with disabilities.
