This program supports academic exchange under the Erasmus+ KA1 framework, with funding available for selected applicants.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Mobility Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>Student Mobility for Studies (SMS):<\/strong>1Student (at least 2<sup>sd<\/sup> year PhD)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dur\u00e9e: <\/strong>5 months<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>Nomination Period:<\/strong>November 1<sup>st<\/sup>&#8211; November20<sup>th<\/sup><\/li>\n<li><strong>Mobility Period: <\/strong>Second semester<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subject Areas (ISCED):<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>0110: Education science<\/li>\n<li>0511: Biology<\/li>\n<li>0531: Chemistry<\/li>\n<li>0521: Environmental Sciences<\/li>\n<li>0610: Information &amp; Communication Technologies<\/li>\n<li>0810: Agriculture (general)<\/li>\n<li>0821: Forestry<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Financial Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Eligible participants will receive financial support, which includes travel and subsistence contributions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Documents for Application:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n<li>Transcript of Records (English, stamped by the Dean\u2019s Office)<\/li>\n<li>Declared Courses for Current Semester (English, stamped by the Dean\u2019s Office)<\/li>\n<li>English certificate (minimum B2 for courses in English, B2 for courses in Spanish)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Passport\/ID (valid for the entire mobility period)<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/li>\n<li>Motivation letter + detailed Research proposal<\/li>\n<li>List of publications<\/li>\n<li>Inscription Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Letter of endorsement by academic staff<\/li>\n<li>Passport-sized photograph<\/li>\n<li>Recommended: Acceptance letter signed by one of the Professors of the University of C\u00f3rdoba who will act as the student\u2019s supervisor during his mobility.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>After the pre-nomination, the students are required to send the following documents in the 2<sup>sd<\/sup> Step:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Learning Agreement (signed by the Sending University)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Participants must be enrolled in at least the 2<sup>sd<\/sup> year PhD program at the University of El Oued.<\/li>\n<li>Nominated students will receive support based on the selection criteria set by the University of El Oued.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subjects\u2019 areas:<\/strong>All Fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Nomination and Application Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>Nomination by the University of El Oued:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The university will select and nominate students via the <strong>Mobility Online<\/strong> platform.<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of selection must be provided (detailing the selection process, deadlines, committee members, and full ranking list of candidates).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility Check by University of C\u00f3rdoba:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The International Projects and Mobility Office will verify eligibility and ranking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Academic Calendar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li><strong>Second Semester, you have to check the University of C\u00f3rdoba official site for more details.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Accommodation &amp; Support Services:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\">\n<li>Selected students will receive support in regarding accommodation and services.<\/li>\n<li>Orientation and Welcome Dayswill be conducted.<\/li>\n<li>Non-EU students must have a health insurance policy valid in Spain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Conditions after the mobility<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">As a result of the mobility, PhD Students are required to publish at least one joint research paper or an indexed conference paper in collaboration between the two universities.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Deadline for Nomination:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Novembr20<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><strong>Lien d&#039;inscription :\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/hVUNtsBk3WU8M7qL6\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/hVUNtsBk3WU8M7qL6<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) Opportunity University of El Oued, Algeria to University of C\u00f3rdoba (UCO), Spain. \u00a0 For PhD Students The University of El Oued is pleased to announce the Erasmus+ KA1 2025-2026 mobility opportunities for its PhD students to visit the University of C\u00f3rdoba (UCO), Spain.
