This program supports academic exchange under the Erasmus+ KA1 framework, with partial funding available for selected applicants.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Mobility Details:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>Student Mobility for Studies (SMS):<\/strong> 7 Students (2<sup>sd<\/sup> year PhD + 2<sup>sd<\/sup> Year Master)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Dur\u00e9e:<\/strong> 6 months<\/li>\n<li><strong>Nomination Period:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Second semester<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Financial Support:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">Eligible participants will receive financial support, which includes travel and subsistence contributions.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Documents for Application for Master\u2019s Degree Students for the 1<sup>st<\/sup> step:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n<li>Transcript of Records (English, stamped by the Dean\u2019s Office)<\/li>\n<li>Declared Courses for Current Semester (English, stamped by the Dean\u2019s Office)<\/li>\n<li>English certificate (minimum B2 for courses in English, B2 for courses in Italian)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Passport\/ID (valid for the entire mobility period)<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/li>\n<li>Motivation letter + detailed Research proposal<\/li>\n<li>Inscription Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Passport-sized photograph<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance letter signed by one of the Sapienza Professors who will act as the student\u2019s supervisor for the thesis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Documents for Application for PhD Degree Students for the 1<sup>st<\/sup> step:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Curriculum Vitae<\/li>\n<li>Transcript of Records (English, stamped by the Dean\u2019s Office)<\/li>\n<li>Declared Courses for Current Semester (English, stamped by the Dean\u2019s Office)<\/li>\n<li>English certificate (minimum B2 for courses in English, B2 for courses in Italian)<\/li>\n<li>Copy of Passport\/ID (valid for the entire mobility period)<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae (CV)<\/li>\n<li>Motivation letter + detailed Research proposal<\/li>\n<li>List of publications<\/li>\n<li>Inscription Certificate<\/li>\n<li>Letter of endorsement by academic staff<\/li>\n<li>Passport-sized photograph<\/li>\n<li>Acceptance letter signed by one of the Sapienza Professors who will act as the student\u2019s supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>After the pre-nomination, the students are required to send the following documents in the 2<sup>sd<\/sup> Step:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Learning Agreement (signed by the Sending University)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Eligibility Criteria:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li>Participants must be enrolled in the 2<sup>sd<\/sup> year Master\u2019s degree or at least a 2<sup>sd<\/sup> year PhD program at the University of El Oued.<\/li>\n<li>Nominated students will receive support based on the selection criteria set by the University of El Oued.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Subjects\u2019 areas:<\/strong> All Fields.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Nomination and Application Process:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><strong>Nomination by the University of El Oued:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The university will select and nominate students via the <strong>Mobility Online<\/strong> platform.<\/li>\n<li>Minutes of selection must be provided (detailing the selection process, deadlines, committee members, and full ranking list of candidates).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Eligibility Check by Sapienza University of Rome:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The International Projects and Mobility Office will verify eligibility and ranking.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online Application Process:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Second Semester:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 1 Registration &amp;
