After two days of scientific interventions and discussions and a distinguished presence of college and university students and researchers from inside and outside the country, the activities of the international conference \u201cArtificial Intelligence and its Applications in Islamic Sciences\u201d concluded today, November 30, 2023, organized by the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar in the Abu Al-Qasim Saadallah Grand Lecture Hall.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
In the presence of the University Director, Professor Omar Farhati, his deputy in charge of scientific research, Professor Boubaker Mansour, the Dean of the Faculty, Professor Ibrahim Rahmani, and the faculty and university staff and professors from inside and outside the country.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
In his speech, the university president greeted the guests of the college and the university, including professors and researchers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Tunisia, reminding them that they are among their brothers in Algeria, which is their second country. He thanked the doctoral students for their interaction and praised the efforts of the Dean of the College, Professor Rahmani Ibrahim, who encouraged everyone to work together and advance the college. He also thanked all the professors of the College of Islamic Sciences at the University of El Oued, who always defend national values and authentic identity, praising the cognitive achievement of the forum and delving into a sensitive topic, which is artificial intelligence and its relationship to Islamic sciences, in which the professors and researchers proved that Islamic sciences are no different from other sciences in adopting technology and benefiting from it, with the entrenchment of our values and authentic culture, calling on researchers and experts to participate permanently. He concluded his speech by saying that announcing the end of the forum\u2019s work is only the beginning of preparing for future scientific and research production.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
For his part, the Dean of the College gave a speech in which he expressed his happiness with the participation of the brothers from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the State of Tunisia and all the researchers contributing to the scientific event. He pointed out that increasing giving and joint work serves the Sharia and the homeland. Dr. Faisal Farsi from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia also gave a speech thanking the University Director, his deputy, the Dean of the College, the university family and the country of martyrs, Algeria, for their great care, warm reception and providing the opportunity to participate in this activity. He pointed out the scientific strength and scientific movement carried by the University of Martyr Hama Lakhdar - El Oued.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
Among the most important recommendations of the forum:<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
1- Emphasizing the justification of concern regarding the reality of artificial intelligence and its applications in Islamic sciences, given the potential dangers of its independence from Sharia oversight.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
2- Inviting experts in the field of artificial intelligence, and specialists in the field of Sharia and law, to prepare a legislative and legal system that governs the public system for the use of artificial intelligence technologies.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
3- Establishing research laboratories specialized in employing artificial intelligence to serve Islamic sciences, staffed by specialists in related fields.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
4- Establishing precise scientific specializations at the master\u2019s level and doctoral projects, to study the legal and Sharia aspects related to artificial intelligence and its outcomes.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
5- Calling on researchers to intensify research related to artificial intelligence to keep pace with its outcomes and make good use of it.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
6- Working on developing relations between manuscript houses and specialized universities on the one hand, and artificial intelligence structures on the other hand, with the aim of supporting the field of manuscripts and facilitating the work of researchers.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
7- Establishing partnerships between universities and companies specializing in artificial intelligence in order to develop prospects for cooperation and training students and professors in this field.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
8- Working to employ cognitive integration in the service of Islamic sciences, through academic curricula and scientific conferences.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
9- Emphasizing the need to support the computer science curriculum in the country\u2019s universities with knowledge related to artificial intelligence.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n
In conclusion, the university director was honored in recognition of the great efforts he is making in developing the university and scientific research in particular, and certificates of participation were distributed to professors and researchers.<\/strong><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
