Mr. general Secretary of the El Oued State oversaw the new academic year opening ceremonies 2019/2020 in the University of El Oued, where the  new promoted professors (Professor of Higher Education) ; and  the new professors that got a PhD degree were honored by the rector of the university of El Oued Prof. Dr Omar FERHATI with the presence of security, military and civilian authorities, professors, workers and students.

what's new in this year is two editor chefs of a scientific journals were honored also in this ceremony .

finally the Excellence Award was given to the Dr. Faiza DJEROUNI specialized in administrative and constitutional law.
